Consent to the processing of personal data

This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version is the authoritative text; in case of discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
By pressing «I agree» I consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
1. Operator

2. Personal data covered
- surname, first name, patronymic;
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- public name shown to other users of the service;
- messenger account identifier and username;
- booking details: organisation, service, specialist, date and time;
- account balance and top-up or charge operations;
- payer details received when paying by bank transfer;
- technical data when using the website: IP address, device and browser type, session data, cookies.
The Operator DOES NOT process biometric data, nor data on racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health or sex life.
3. Purposes
- registration and maintenance of the account, identification at sign-in;
- booking of services, its confirmation, change and cancellation;
- communication regarding bookings, including reminders and change notices;
- payment for paid features, balance keeping, refunds;
- issuing and sending cash receipts;
- handling support requests;
- compliance with obligations imposed on the Operator by law.
Consent to advertising and informational mailings is given SEPARATELY and does not affect your ability to use the service.
4. Actions and methods of processing
Consent covers collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (amendment, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction of personal data.
Processing is carried out by mixed means — both with and without the use of automation tools.
5. Transfer to third parties
- to the organisation you book with — your public name and phone number, and details of your bookings with that organisation. Your surname, first name, patronymic and email address are NOT transferred to the organisation;
- to the YooKassa service — data required to process the payment and to issue and send the cash receipt;
- to the hosting and email service provider — on the Operator's instructions and within the territory of the Russian Federation.
6. Transfer via messenger
Every user of the Service chooses the channel in which they receive messages; the delivery channel is determined by the recipient of a message, not by its sender.
Your personal data — public name, phone number, booking details, the text of messages in booking correspondence — may therefore pass through the infrastructure of a messenger owner even if you use the Service through the website only: namely when the organisation you book with receives messages in a messenger. That infrastructure may be located outside the Russian Federation.
If you use the Service through a messenger, everything you see on screen and enter yourself passes through it: for you the messenger is the interface of the Service, not merely a notification channel.
The messenger owner acts under its own rules and does not process personal data on the Operator's instructions.
If neither party uses a messenger, no data is transferred to a messenger owner.
7. Validity and withdrawal
The consent is valid from the moment of confirmation until it is withdrawn.
You may withdraw it using the «Withdraw consent» button in your profile or by email to ServiceInOnline@yandex.ru. Processing stops within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal.
Some data is retained after withdrawal where the law requires it: records of settlements and cash receipts are kept for the periods set by accounting and cash-register legislation. See the Personal Data Processing Policy for details.
Withdrawing consent makes further use of the service impossible.
8. Confirmation
Pressing «I agree» in the service interface constitutes confirmation. The date, time, version of this document, channel and language in which the text was shown are recorded by the Operator.
